If you are made redundant after booking the Sensatori and you let Thomson know at least 28 days before your date of departure, then, subject to the terms and conditions set out here, Thomson will allow you to cancel free of charge. This means that Thomson will refund your deposit and/or the full balance of your holiday and will not charge you any further cancellation charges on your main holiday booking. Sensatori, the new concept resort from Thomson Holidays has been designed to stimulate your senses. In life, our enjoyment of various aspects is based entirely around the 5 senses of touch, taste, smell, sight and sound. This is very true, when on holiday and that is where the Sensatori really does play it's part! The first resort with this concept at Lyttos Bay in Crete was opened in May 2008. The second resort in Mexico is now open for Thomson customers.
Both are equipped with a huge range of facilities, including a wide choice of restaurants. The attention to detail doesn't end in the public areas, the bedrooms look really comfortable on the Thomson photo gallery!
The Sensatori experience starts as soon as you get to your UK airport. You get priority boarding and then once on the aircraft, you present a voucher that should be included with your tickets to receive complementary headphones and drink on the flight!
As you can see, this new holiday experience is yours, as soon as you arrive at your UK departure airport. This is just the start of your magical holiday.
On the return journey at the end of your holiday, you actually check in and receive your boarding cards at the hotel reception. During your last day at the Sensatori, your luggage is collected from your room and you never see it again until you pick it off the carousal at your UK airport.
